Providing warmth, compassion , honesty ,empowerment and showing a genuine belief in you is at the core of my practice. Counselling will provide you with a space to be your authentic self without any judgement or criticism. Our sessions remain confidential and I will show support and guidance and allow you to use our time together to work though any challenges and difficulties you have been experiencing. Big or small. If its important to you , its important to me too. Your Story Matters.

I am an humanisitic counsellor and use an integrative approach. This means I specialise in multiple approaches and therefore can tailor sessions to suit you. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and abide by their ethical framework.

Your story matters.

Your voice, your experiences, your thoughts, your feelings matter. Most importantly...YOU matter.

I appreciate how difficult it can feel to reach out for support with your mental health and wellbeing. It can be challenging to know where to start.

As your therapist, I understand that there is not a one size fits all approach to counselling.

Your experiences and struggles are unique to you and together we can work at a pace that is right for you, to allow you to address the root causes of the difficulties and challenges you have been experiencing. Anything that has been weighing you down can be tackled and worked through together and I will support you every step of the way.
